Ungyong Kim is a founder in the firm of Joy Law Group PLLC and practices exclusively in United States immigration and nationality law. Mr. Kim handles employment, family, and naturalization processes for individuals and organizations throughout the United States. He emphasizes Employment-Based Green Card Processing (EB-2 and EB-3), Immigrant Investor’s Program (EB-5), Temporary Employment (H-1B), and Treaty Investor (E2). He is also dealing with Religious Worker (R1 and I-360 Green card), F1(student), and family-based Immigrant throughout the United States.
Before practicing immigration law, Mr. Kim saw many immigrants struggle, because of their visa status, to settle in America often without their separated family members. Thus, Attorney Kim determined to help those people who need visa issues, helping families live together in the United States. For that reason, Attorney Kim remains motivated to practice immigration law.
